A Place to Belong by Ms. Ariel Schwartz is a strong strip of media from the UCSC student that captures a very eerier slice of life. Rather than detailing what you will later see after reading this, I’m going to set the mood of what will be seen. Ariel’s film reflects that inner essence of humanity. This piece of film shows what living in a place that should feel like home, instead feels like living in shame. A very strong start in this young film maker’s career. Much love Ariel!
