ESSJ Rides
On the brighter side of the interweb, I’ve noticed a continued occurrence speaking to parents of small bicyclist; they all seem happy seeing their child going outside venturing out into the real world. What is it that makes them so happy? I’ve come to the conclusion that our youth are learning new ways of survival. With global conflict being as it is, we sit and face the daily occurrence that we forget to remember the youth, but some very few members of our community go as far as a man by the name of Justin. This guy single handedly laid down the tar for the members of San Jose’s infamous East Side San Jose. Whenever my bicycle isn’t stolen, I make sure to ride in ESSJ ride as often as I can. I understand how fun downtown is to ride, the buildings, touching the sides of buses and weaving between traffic is nice, but the concrete jungle of the east is much more special. The roads are stretched with longer distances between stoplights, streets average 2-4 lanes each direction...
